Have you ever meditated at sunrise seated on a
deserted beach with the sound of waves breaking softly on the shore?
I have and it was so exciting!

At sunrise the mind is quieter and more peaceful, as if
it's waiting or in a state of suspense.
In fact, upon awakening, your brain is still
affected by the influences of your dreams, which touch the deepest and most
obscure zone of your mind repeating the moment of your birth.
I suggest that you to experience this emotion; I assure you
that it’s really strong!
For example, the day after you arrive you could get up
at 5.00am and go to the closest beach.
It would be better if you have a walk to wake your body up before starting. Once you
have lay your beach towel down flat, sit in a comfortable position and
close your eyes.
Start breathing slowly.
Take a deep breath, hold it and let it out.
If you can, follow this rhythm:
inhale for 1 second, hold your breath for 4 seconds , and then exhale for 2 seconds.
The meditation phases are:
- Breathe in. Think about positive energy entering into your body.
- Hold your breath. The energy spreads through your body from your head to your toes.
- Breathe out. In this phase of release think about venting your anger, rancor, annoyance and all those negative energies that can spoil your day.
Give yourself 18/20 minutes.
